Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using MyGarage — Car & Bike ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

The App provides vehicle maintenance tracking, service reminders, mileage logging, tire management, and cost tracking. It is intended as a personal organizational tool. The App does not provide professional mechanical advice.

3. Not professional advice

Service reminders and intervals are estimates based on user input. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule. The App is a tracking aid, not a replacement for professional vehicle inspection.

4. Data responsibility

All vehicle data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or OS updates.

5. In-app purchases

The App offers a Pro upgrade as a one-time purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refund policies are governed by the respective store terms.

6. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
• You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to reverse-engineer it
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the App

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, psquared GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to missed service intervals or vehicle damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Linz, Austria.
